Get those finished quilt tops quilted at a bargain price.

Quilters Heart continue offering a Basic meander pattern at a  bargain price of $.017 per square inch. This is an all over meander from edge to edge.

Minimum charge for quilting any item is $45.00.
Prices are calculated by the square inch.
Length X Width in inches= Total square inches X .017 per square inch.

Example: 60"x75"=4500 square inches. X .018 = $76.50

Other quilting starts at $.020 per square inch. We have many patterns to choose from.

We carry Warm & Natural, Hobbs,  low loft poly batting, and high loft Poly at reasonable prices.  Bring in the tops for an exact price and estimated delivery date.

Quilting Prices do not include backing or batting. If you have your own backing & batting bring it along with your quilt.
We all have a preference in what kind of batting to use, so feel free to bring your batting. Any fullness or tucks pieced into the top may not quilt out. Your quilt top will be as free of wrinkles as your piecing allow. Pieced backing are very popular right now, make sure we talk abut this at the time you bring your quilt in. We will help you choose the right thread color for your quilt. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Quilting is completed on a first come, first sewn basis. If you have a "Quilting Emergency" we will try to accommodate you. There is a $25.00 rush fee. We will give you an approximate turn around time.

Estimate will be given for custom quilting.

PREPARING YOUR QUILT FOR QUILTING

  1. Batting and backing need to be at least 4” wider and longer than the quilt top on all four sides. Take this in consideration if you have a pattern or pieced backing.
  2. Make sure quilt top and backing are pressed and square. Mark the top of the quilt with a safety pin. Press seams on backing open. Do a final check and clip all threads. Fold loosely after pressing.
  3. Please stay stitch ¼” around the edges of quilt top if it has pieced or bias edges.
  4. If you have prepackaged batting open it to full size and the refold loosely.
